Since MRUC is a user-mandated body, participation from the members in the various activities of the Council is imperative to meet the standards and mandate that MRUC has laid down for itself.

While the committees under the aegis of the Board primarily function to run the projects and the Council affairs smoothly, participation in on-going research projects provides tremendous learning opportunities to the employees of the member organizations.

For example Back-checks/ Accompaniments, Data validation etc are ongoing processes that benefit both the Council as well as the participant. The Research Projects benefit from the ideas and inputs received from the participants while the participants benefit from the learning they derive from field visits, questionnaire rationalisation etc.
